Tombstone with four KSD 125

Four KSD 125 units are fastened onto the tombstone. In combination with jaws adapted to the specific workpiece, cast-iron housings may be loaded onto the machine with an 8-part capacity.

Tombstone with KSM

Two KSM 90-500 are mounted on one side of the tombstone; the fully equipped tombstone then consists of a total of 8x KSM 90-500. Workpieces can be clamped individually or directly on two clamping vises, as shown.

Tombstone with KSD R 125

On a double-bracket tombstone, four KSD 125 units with pendulum clamping jaws are mounted on both sides. The special pendulum jaws (R type) clamp rough parts optimally and securely. The central jaw remains fixed, allowing up to 8 workpieces to be clamped to the tombstone.

OCTANGLE Tombstone

Fully equipped with four KSM 90-500. The result is a 16-fold clamping vise for rough parts. The tombstone comes with a DIN interface as standard equipment so it can be directly screwed onto any existing machining pallet.

OCTANGLE tombstone with four KSG 125

The four clamping vises can be directly fastened onto the tombstone with pallet size 500 x 500 mm. That means that with a 4-axis horizontal center, four workpieces can be loaded onto the machine simultaneously. The fixed chuck jaws maintain the zero point. The KSG enables solid clamping of rough parts and high-precision clamping of finished parts.

Fully integral 4-sided tombstone KSO 65 4V IT

This fully integral mini tombstone with four KSO 65 is especially designed for machines with a small machining area. Despite the tight space, up to four workpieces can be clamped simultaneously, depending on their geometrical characteristics.
