TENDO Hydraulic Expansion Toolholder achieving maximum precision with innovative technology

		TENDO is based on the tried and tested hydraulic expansion toolholder technology.

		The clamping screw is screwed in up to the stop using an Allen key.

		The clamping piston presses the hydraulic medium into the

		Expansion chamber and causes a rise in pressure.

		The thin-walled expansion bush is uniformly arched against the tool shank. The tool shank is centred and then clamped powerfully and uniformly across the entire surface during this clamping process.

		Special sealing element. Ensures perfect sealing and a high service life.
		The result: Absolutely precise, powerful and centric clamping with excellent run out characteristics and a run-out accuracy of < 0.003 mm.

Tools are changed within seconds

Within seconds, the tool can be clamped concentrically using an Allen key.

Axial and radial length adjustment
