Collision and Overload Protection OPS-063-M
Fast and lightweight
With a response time of just 1 ms the anti-collision
and overload protection OPS-063-M sets a new standard for robot applications. Fast and lightweight, the housing is made of hard anodized, high-strength aluminum alloy, weighing only 290 g and is designed especially for use on small robots. Instead of internal proximity switches, the OPS-063-M uses external exchangeable magnetic switches for monitoring.
Easy operation
After a collision the unit only has to be returned to starting position; disassembly is not necessary. This simplifies operation, minimizes susceptibility to malfunctions and reduces spare parts inventories. The triggering force and torque can be set by means of the operating pressure. Standardized adapter plates make integration of the module in the system fast and easy.
