The shafts are fed to a pallet belt and are to be placed in a cleaning machine.
Gear shafts are inserted in the cleaning system via a room portal after mechanical processing (reorientation via several axes). After cleaning, the shafts are removed from the cleaning station and are placed on pallets for further transport.
- Process-sure and low-maintenance by using sealed components with IP 67 protection.
- Process-safe and minimum interference contour thanks to internal air and cable feed-throughs.
- Thanks to the 180° rotary movement of the swivel unit, any remaining cleaning fluid adhering to the workpiece is shaken off.
